Xbox One Controller Driver Not Successfully Installed

Jun 6, 2014 - i just got a Xbox one controller,you just simply need to download driver from here. A device driver is not installed or a hardware device does not function correctly after you install a Windows Vista Service Pack. Xbox One S; VR.

Is it a wired or wireless controller?

You may try using the device with another port to see if it works fine.

Hi Thomas,

Log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest chipset drivers. Also, check for other device driver updates.
Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly

If the above does not help, contact the laptop manufacturer to check if the controller is compatible with the laptop.

I talked to my manufacturer and they tell me I have to talk to Microsoft about the problem...

Xbox One Controller Driver Mac

I found our solution.
very simple ...
First, download http://www.microsoft...windows#support
second, using winrar, right click and extract to Xbox360_xx
Third, connect the control will not install the driver.
Now that is the big secret.
Go to 'Device Manager', right click on the device and click 'update driver' - seek driver software on the computer - Let me pick from a list of device drivers on your computer - search for 'usb human interface device '- is probably already come to the Xbox 360 controller for windows. if it does not click 'have disk' and browse to the path where you extracted the file eg 'C: Users dmsanderson Downloads Xbox360_32Ptb xbox360 setup files driver win7'
